Hi, I'm Jenna
If there's a spreadsheet to organise, a project to get moving, an event to pull together or a business that needs a little more structure, I'm probably in my element!
I've spent more than 20 years working across administration, project management and events, supporting businesses ranging from large corporations to growing SMEs. Along the way, I've worked across all sorts of industries – from construction, manufacturing and automotive to recruitment, beauty, agriculture and international trade. In other words, I've seen a lot of businesses, a lot of systems… and a lot of ways of doing things!
I genuinely love being organised. I'm the person who enjoys turning a long to-do list into a manageable plan, spotting where something could work more efficiently and taking those time-consuming jobs off someone else's plate.
For me, great admin isn't just about ticking boxes. It's about creating the breathing space that allows business owners and teams to concentrate on the things that really matter. Whether that's getting a project over the line, coordinating an event, putting better processes in place or simply bringing some much-needed order to the chaos, I love being the person behind the scenes making it happen.
I'm also a big believer that working with someone should be enjoyable. I love meeting people, understanding how their business works and figuring out where I can genuinely make a difference. I'm practical, approachable and definitely not afraid to get stuck in!
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me planning my next adventure. I love travelling, discovering new places and experiencing as much of the world as possible – with Florida being a particular favourite! I'm also a bit of a spreadsheet enthusiast (yes, I really do enjoy Excel!!), a lover of events and someone who gets a lot of satisfaction from making things happen.
The Admin Studio is my way of bringing all of that experience, energy and care to businesses that need expert support without the commitment or overhead of employing someone full-time.
Think of me as your extra pair of hands, your organisational back-up and the person you can call when there simply aren't enough hours in the day.
